We accept return or refund requests for most physical products within 90 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Items not eligible for return or refund include:
Supplements or consumable products that have been opened or unsealed
Gift cards
Health or personal care items that have been opened
Hazardous or flammable materials
Final sale or clearance items, where marked

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be eligible for a refund.
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds cover the product cost only
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect.
To request an exchange, please email support@claritymd.co within 7 days of delivery, including a description of the issue and clear photos of the item received.
If you are enrolled in a subscription, you may cancel at any time using one of the options below:
Option 1: Cancel via the “Manage Your Subscription” link
Click the Manage Your Subscription section/link (available in your confirmation email or on our website, where applicable).
Enter the same email address you used to place the order.
Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.
Option 2: Cancel by emailing our support team
If you prefer, you can email us at support@claritymd.co and we will cancel it for you manually. Please include:
Full name
Shipping address
Order number
The email address used to place the order
Once cancelled, you will receive a confirmation from our team. Please note that cancellations must be submitted prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next scheduled shipment.
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank or payment account again
Contact your credit card provider or payment processor, as processing times may vary
If more than 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us for assistance.
For orders shipped outside the United States:
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect
Duties, customs fees, and import taxes are non-refundable
If a package is returned to us due to refusal or an incorrect address, a restocking fee may apply. Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Before filing a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact our support team so we can resolve the issue directly.
